| Does it do what it says on the label? | Yes - this is a very user-friendly book. As with most CPAS workbooks, there are far more ideas and suggestions for each of the ten sessions than you can possibly use, which means that you can pick and choose what is most appropriate for your particular group. It is also very biblically based, looking at events both in the Old and New Testaments. |
| Enjoy or endure? | Definitely enjoy, but only if you actually put it into practise in your group setting. This is not for reading - it is for using! |
| Any other comments? | I want to use this myself! Some great games and activities, and ideas for discussion and prayer. This book doesn't talk down to 11-14-year-olds - it treats them as valued, unique human beings, where no question of theirs is too stupid. |
