Does it do what it says on the label?	Yes - The goals of each lesson are stated, which includes a way of applying the lesson practically during the following week.
Enjoy or endure?	Each lesson is in a well set out format with friendly, down to earth exercises and sheets ready for you to copy and use.
Any other comments?	There are lists clearly marked with any items you may need for each exercise. Always a useful thing.
