Track List 1. Civilian Affairs |

| Describe it in 20 words | The fifth studio album from Cross Movement, a popular power hip-hop quartet from the East Coast of the States. |
| Big Themes/Standout Tracks | I have to be honest and say that to my untrained ear each track follows pretty much the same formula: set up a repetitive rhythmic backing track for a few minutes, then rap some gospel lyrics over the top of it. I did like the flute sound on "Card Shark", though. |
| Anything that lets it down | I am sure that Cross Movement are doing a great job, taking the gospel message to places where it might not otherwise be heard. However, if you are not into this sort of music (like me) then this is probably not the album for you. |
| Who it sounds like | Wu-Tang Clan. Jay-Z. 29th Chapter. |
| Rating | *** Good effort |
