Cross Rhythms partners with word-on-the-web for music reviews
Cross
Rhythms - a leading media voice for the Christian faith for the past
20 years, will supply music reviews for Church Army's word-on-the-web site
from next month. In a new partnership, over 8,000 subscribers will have the
opportunity to view music reviews of the leading Christian artists of the
day. Around 10 new reviews will be placed on the site each month from December
2005.
Announcing the partnership Heather Bellamy, Marketing Manager from Cross
Rhythms comments: "Cross Rhythms is about using contemporary Christian
music to engage with people who are outside the influence of Church. We are
delighted that leading Christian bands such as Delirious? and YFriday back
word-on-the-web as a vehicle for connecting young people with the Christian
faith, and we are excited to supply music reviews for this ministry."
Ruth Walker, project Co-ordinator for word-on-the-web added: "I am
thrilled that Cross Rhythms have partnered with us so we can add even more
value to what is already a very popular site. I know these reviews will
be trusted and valued by word-on-the-web users. It is great to have the backing
and support of such a respected broadcaster".
The partnership with Cross
Rhythms is typical of how word-on-the-web is seeking
to partner with leading Christian Media players and follows a link up with
Christian
Today, the leading online Christian newspaper in London, and Ultimate
Events - who run the annual Christian concert at Alton Towers.
